The El home SD-86A2 smoke detector is designed to monitor the presence of smoke in enclosed spaces and to signal the danger of fire. It has a high-quality photo-optical sensor. It is mounted on the ceiling of the protected premises. When a threat (smoke) is detected, the detector immediately turns on:
- acoustic signal – sound from a loudspeaker with an intensity of about 85 dB
- optical signal – LED diode visible on the front of the device housing
The El home SD-86A2 smoke detector has a test button that checks whether it is working properly. The detector also has a system that checks the battery charge status.
