The El home CD-50B8 carbon monoxide detector is used for continuous monitoring and detection of carbon monoxide in the air and for warning when the safe concentration of this gas is exceeded.

The El home CD-50B8 carbon monoxide detector is small in size, enclosed in a single housing. It uses a technologically advanced electrochemical sensor and an electronic control system, which allows for high detection rates with low energy consumption. When a dangerous concentration of carbon monoxide in the air is detected, the device generates an acoustic and visual alarm.

A carbon monoxide detector is installed at head height (e.g., the installation height in a bedroom is about 0.7 m and in a living room 1.5 m from the floor) in enclosed spaces where there is a possibility of carbon monoxide.

ATTENTION!

Always pay attention to the LEDs installed in the device. Optical signaling is the only effective way to check whether the batteries installed in the device are working correctly or not, as it also eliminates the possibility of human error - that is, inserting the battery with the wrong polarity.

In addition, each part of the El home CD-50B8 carbon monoxide detector was individually tested in a Polish laboratory, in a special chamber, taking into account the optical and acoustic alarms triggered by carbon monoxide in the atmosphere. The alarm was activated in less than 3 minutes when the measured concentration was 300 ppm (number of carbon monoxide particles per 1 million air particles).
