The Eura GD-01A2 gas detector is used for continuous monitoring of the presence of natural gas in the air, as well as for detection and warning when the maximum safe concentration of this gas is exceeded. It is installed in enclosed spaces where there is a possibility of gas leakage from the installation or the equipment supplied with it.

For the gas detector Eura GD-01A2 to work properly, no additional devices, power cords or batteries are required. It is small in size, enclosed in a single housing. One ~ 230V / 50Hz socket is enough to power the detector.

The detector uses a technologically advanced semiconductor sensor and electronic control system, which allows for a high detection rate. When the factory-set gas concentration exceeds <6% of the minimum LEL* concentration, an optical and acoustic alarm is activated. The use of the CD-01A2 gas sensor reduces the risk of user poisoning or explosion of leaked gas.

Natural gas is colorless, has a faint odor, and is lighter than air. It forms a flammable and explosive mixture with oxygen in the air. The greatest danger arises when a gas stove is turned off or when gas leaks - it can be ignited by devices above, such as a light switch.
